I had to lose my mind to find my way back to my

On my journey back to Oneness

I struggled with my mind

I hid my emotions

I hated my body

I silenced my voice

I lived in fear

Until the day….

My heart cracked open from all the pain I was feeling

And the Love that came pouring through dissolved me into Nothingness

The Divine threw me back into the void

And I came back without a body

I felt everything with my open heart

From the most profound Love and Joy to the deepest Pain and Fear

I was Nothing, and I was All…

I didn’t have a body anymore

I was the Witness

I was feeling all the suffering and all the Joy of this World

But I could not interfere

I had to allow it

When I came back into my body

My body became the Earth

Between my legs I was mountains and valleys

The blood flowing through my veins became rivers, lakes, and oceans …..the water of this earth

And my heart won’t stay closed anymore
